This Monday, Lincoln Square’s cultural institutions are offering powerful ways to commemorate September 11.
At 8:10am,
@lincolncenterand
@buglisidancepresent the annual Table of Silence Project 9/11—a touching ritual for peace that pays tribute to the lives lost on 9/11. You can attend in person at Josie Robertson Plaza or tune in to the Facebook livestream at lincolncenter.org/livestreams.
At 2:00pm and 7:30pm, the Jupiter Symphony Chamber Players kick off their season with a fitting program entitled “In Remembrance,” featuring pieces by Chopin, Puccini, and more at the Good Shepard Presbyterian Church (152 West 66th Street – West of Broadway.) You can reserve your $10, $17, or $25 tickets, which is advised, by calling 212-799-1259 or e-mailing admin
@jupitersymphony.com.
The victims, survivors, first responders, and their families will remain in our hearts on this day, the 22nd anniversary of 9/11.
