When
various events and times weekly, May-August

his summer, Lincoln Center has planned a festival from mid-May to mid-August meant to celebrate New York City and programmed around themes of rejoicing, reclaiming and remembering within a city transformed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Called Summer for the City, the festival will take place across 10 outdoor spaces and three indoor stages on Lincoln Center’s campus featuring over 300 free events.
Summer for the City has been curated to help deepen Lincoln Center’s service to particular communities, expanding offerings for families with concerts, workshops, Storytimes, and Family Dance Days. The campus will also host dozens of pop-up performances, wellness events, graduations, voter engagement and polling, blood drives, and more as part of the summer season.
