As part of New York Public Library's Welcoming Week with the theme “Belonging Begins With Us”, join us on Wednesday, September 15th @ 3:00PM to discuss New York Times best seller : Deacon King Kong by James McBride. A tale set in a 1969 south Brookyln housing project where an act of extreme violence ties together a rich tapestry of characters with intrigue, grit, hope, and love.
