The Dairy is one of Central Park's most prominent and important historic structures, created in 1871 as an eatery to serve young children fresh milk, and later transformed into the Park's first visitor center. The Dairy is currently undergoing a significant restoration project. Hear the full story of this incredible structure from Marie Warsh, Central Park Conservancy historian, and Denise Keaveney, Central Park Conservancy architect.
