Lunchtime Concerts Return July 11

Jun 13, 2018
Ready for some live, summertime music? You're in luck! The Lincoln Square BID's Lunchtime Concerts will return this July--thanks to a partnership with the MTA's MUSIC program and generous support from TD Bank--to bring lively lunchtime tunes back to Lincoln Square every Wednesday through August. The Free Lunchtime Concert Series, which begins on Wednesday, July 11 at Richard Tucker Park at noon, promises performances from talented and local NYC music groups, that will get your feet tapping and fill your afternoon with fun activity. Don't miss your opportunity to listen to New Orleans Jazz, Latin dance, brass pop, country bluegrass, and more--there's a performance for just about every music taste! Plus, the West Side YMCA will send over fabulous yoga instructors to guide audiences through chair yoga at intermission during each concert. The schedule is listed below:

Each Wednesday concert takes place between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. We hope to see you soon at Richard Tucker Park!

Also, after our concerts end, great music continues just across Columbus Avenue at 2:00pm in the American Folk Art Museum with Jazz + Wednesdays, free concerts by the Bill Wurtzel Trio. Click here for upcoming programming.

In the event of rain, the concerts will take place at the American Folk Art Museum, across the street from Richard Tucker Park at 2 Lincoln Square.
