The Lincoln Square Business Improvement District counts among its many treasures Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, immediate access to Central Park, premier shopping, multiple Zagat and Michelin-rated restaurants and the new home of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Nearly 23 million people shop, dine and visit Lincoln Square each year. Aligning your brand with our vibrant, sophisticated and high-traffic neighborhood makes good business sense. We can help you reach our audience of Upper West Side residents, international tourists and thousands of employees through several different high-visibility sponsorship options.

Opportunities include:

Winter’s Eve at Lincoln Square - Billed as New York City’s largest holiday festival, Winter’s Eve draws upwards of 18,000 attendees for one entertainment-filled night after Thanksgiving in either late November or early December, kicking off the holiday shopping season. The festival programs the streets, public spaces and neighborhood venues (like the iconic Time Warner Center) from Columbus Circle northward to 68th Street. Promoted by major media outlets, including longtime sponsor WABC-TV, and replete with star power with the likes of actor Kevin Bacon and his brother, Michael Bacon, and Joy Behar, host of “The Joy Behar Show” on HLN and a featured co-host on ABC’s “The View,", Winter’s Eve offers sponsors a memorable and high-visibility way to connect with customers. General sponsorship opportunities are available, as well the option to exclusively underwrite some of our more popular Winter’s Eve “properties” within the festival, such as our outdoor food tasting venues, the Outdoor Main Stage or the hub of our Winter’s Eve children’s activities (“Kid Central”).

Summer Concert Series - Our free Wednesday afternoon summer concert series, which take place in Richard Tucker Park, offers corporate partners a fun way to support the neighborhood and advertise their company brand. Talk to us about underwriting one concert… or many!

Lincoln Square Banner Program - As a symbol of Lincoln Square’s welcoming spirit, the BID designs and hoists colorful and eye-catching seasonal banners on light poles throughout the district. Sponsor logos prominently appear on the bottom portion of the banners.

Broadway Blooms - A great opportunity to show that your company cares about going green! We have an ambitious award-winning program that plants and maintains the flowers and shrubs in the 10 Broadway Malls that run through the heart of the district, or you can help us beautify our neighborhood’s two urban oases-- Dante and Richard Tucker Park.

Special Initiatives - On a periodic basis the BID will coordinate activities falling outside of our regular seasonal calendar such as a community lecture series or a local dining event that can be underwritten by a sponsor. If you are interested in being notified about unique underwriting opportunities such as these, please notify us and we will reach out to you to evaluate your interest when such opportunities come available.

Special Publications - We produce numerous special publications over the course of the year: LINCOLN SQUARE Newsletter (3x/yr, reach: 9000 each print run), Where to Eat in Lincoln Square guide (published annually, reach: 40,000); Lincoln Square Map and Guide (published annually, reach:75,000). Each offer space for sponsorship and advertisement placement.

If your company or corporation is interested in working with us on one of these programs, please call 212.581.3774 or email us at info@lincolnsquarebid.org. We will be happy to discuss these opportunities with you.
